This year saw 75 new residential permits – down from 2007 high of 567. In addition to the 284 units started in the Cambridge Village Senior Living Center.

Permits were issued for 284 units of an independent living facility at Apex Peakway & S. Hughes Street to General Contractor Wishon & Carter Builders, Inc.

Upon close analysis of government records, a discrepancy may exist in the planning department and the way they track population estimates. With only 3 commercial permits having been issued the formulas being used in the development report to calculate population counts will be inaccurate.

Villages of Apex Status Update

ExperienceOne Homes has joined the builder team at The Villages of Apex to bring an exciting new line of quality homes to the community. Our Charleston Collection will feature single-family, Charleston style homes starting in the low $200’s. These feature rich homes will range in size from 1750 to 2100 square feet. Three permits were issued at the end of 2009 located at 1024 Ambergate Station, 1018 Ambergate Station, 1030 Ambergate Station, Apex, NC 27502

The Halle Building Group will build The Seaboard Collection of single family ranch and two story homes in Windrose at The Villages of Apex. Priced from the low $200s, these homes will range in size from 1700 to 2700 square feet. Construction on three decorated models will begin in late 2009.

We are excited about providing you with another tool to better understand our places & spaces. By setting up a youtube channel, we also increase our social networking exposure. Our first site visit is to Olive Chapel Park subdivision of new homes and townhouses. Our video techniques were not intended to be for the marketing of the houses themselves, but rather as an exercise in testing technology options. Our hope is that the professional photographers and property owners will include us in their distribution of marketing materials.
