LEGAL NOTICE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
Notice is hereby given that a variance request has been submitted to the Board of Adjustment. The following applicant is requesting relief from certain requirements of the Unified Development Ordinance:
Variance Case – James Wurzel, the applicant, is seeking relief from Section 8.3.6(e)(1) Parking Lot Design Standards, Dimensions, for the property located at 10000 Creekside Hills Drive containing 15.63 acres. The subject property is identified on Wake County Tax Maps as PIN #0732020644.
